Appointments are available in Bristol or online via Skype.

After the first consultation, regular sessions last 90 minutes.

The number of sessions required varies depending on your symptoms.

For each specific issue you wish to work on, it is good to plan for approximately 6 to 12 sessions.

For issues which are more complexed or "layered", or for a deeper ongoing therapeutic process to really support your healing journey, 10-12 sessions or more can be most beneficial. 

Sessions can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly.

I offer various possibilities for packages or pay-per-session. Please call to assess which option might suit you best.

Many of the clients that I work with via Skype have had an initial reaction of feeling uncertain about the idea of using this technology.

Yet it is becoming an increasingly common way of working with a therapy practitioner.

It means that you can work with me at a distance, from the comfort of your own home, if you move, or live abroad.

If you have never used Skype, it is free and you can safely and easily download it here.
It is easy to install on your computer and it only takes minutes before you can start using it to make a call with another Skype user.


Here are some of the questions that people commonly have:


  • Will it "work" if we are not in the same room?

    In most sessions together, you will be safely guided in a light or deeper state of trance (unless we are using primarily EFT for that session). Some people wonder whether they will go into the trance state if we are on Skype rather than in person.

    The answer is yes, you do. Creating a trance state is a collaborative process that works by you listening to my voice and creating within yourself the images or sensations I suggest. Your eyes are usually shut.

    Just like many people use a recording to do relaxation or listen to hypnosis tapes at home, you only need to hear me and to be in a quiet, private space to be able to get into a state of trance just as easily as if we were working face to face.
  • What about the technical aspects? What if Skype stops working or the Internet goes down while we are in a session?

    This is a valid concern as there can be technical difficulties.

    It happens rarely, but it can happen. However, it doesn't present any danger. If for some reason we are interrupted while you are in a state of trance, you will naturally emerge from it in a few seconds, come back to your ordinary state of alertness, and be able to fix whatever is creating the problem.

    Most technical difficulties happened when I was working with clients who were far away in other countries. In general it is extremely rare. If the technical issues on the call were too important (eg. on a day of stormy weather) and we had to reschedule, it would be of course, at no cost to you.
  • I need to feel safe and to trust someone to be able to relax. I'm not sure whether that would happen working at a distance?

    I have worked and developed a therapeutic relationship of great quality and closeness with clients whom I had never met in person, over our Skype sessions.

    One woman I worked with had heard about me from her mother-in-law, who had had such great results working with me, that she was extremely eager to work with me.

    Her willingness, the fact that she was very clear that working with me specifically was what was right for her, and the trust that she placed in me from the very beginning helped to create an ideal quality of depth and ease in our exchange, even though we were working together via Skype and had never met in person.

Right now, I use Skype with great success with most of my clients from France, where I worked before relocating to Bristol.

Most of the people who are new clients and work with me over Skype decide to try it because they are determined to make significant changes in their lives, and see that they have nothing to lose in trying.

I offer a free initial Skype call prior to the first Skype session, to assess the quality of the exchange and for you to get a feel for what it is like and decide whether it feels right for you.
